If its one thing I've learned in life is that moments past, as days go by the little memories fade. 

I first understood the power of photography when I lifted my parents wedding album from an old dusty box and flicked through the vintage tampered pages and creased 40 year old paper, the emotions and feelings that this old block album gave me where hard to describe and I'm lucky now to create and capture those moments for couples and future generations to share and love.

Im Mark and I'm a destination documentary wedding and portrait photographer based in Derry-Londonderry in the North West of Ireland.

I would describe my style as relaxed, candid, natural and modern when documenting any wedding I shoot, I lean more towards the action reactions shots rather than the stiff posed and un emotional posed photography and aim to create art that will be cherished for future generations to come.

I love covering studio work and I've had the pleasure of meeting some tiny newborn babies and capture those little toes and fingers then onto cake smashes and first communions all the way upto adulthood, with being a parent myself I understand in the blink of an eye that children shoot up and in no time at all they're suddenly leaving for university or getting married and this is when I feel photography has so much value and impact in a instant it can bring you back to that newborn shoot or family shoot and those special moments when they still fitted on your lap and did what they were told " well most of the time".

I offer a fully 1 to 1 wedding consultation and help direct and plan your photography on your day, I also offer in every package a pre wedding/engagment shoot and this allows couples to experience my way of shooting and shake off those pre wedding photography jitter and nerves, we offer a selection of album packages starting from £950 with upgrades available and bespoke canvas prints and frames in studio to decorate you home with your beautiful art.
